Questions about pricing
What counts as a “hostel”?
Each separate property — a single building or address you run — is one hostel. Admissions, invoicing, the tenant app, and reporting all work the same regardless of plan; plans only differ in how many hostels you can add.
What happens if I try to add a hostel past my plan’s limit?
You’ll always see how many hostels you have left as you add them. Going past your plan’s limit is blocked with a clear message to upgrade — no surprise charges, nothing silently added to your bill.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — tell us and we’ll switch your plan. Nothing about your existing hostels, tenants, or data changes; you just get room for more hostels.
Does every plan include the tenant app, admissions, and reporting?
Yes. Every plan gets the full Bunkly console — admissions, invoicing, the tenant app, role-based staff access, and reporting. Plans differ only by how many hostels you can run.
Are these prices inclusive of GST?
No — the prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at billing, same as any other software/SaaS service in India.
